Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for you to check the quality and design. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on the sample.

(2) How long can i get the sample?

After receiving the sample fee and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample lead time is about 3-5 working days and express delivery will take about 3-5 days to your door.

(3) What is the shipping cost?

We will consult the estimated shipping cost before mass production as to your size and quantity for you, and then we will calculate accurate shipping cost after mass production.

(4) What kind of machines you have?

Offset printing machine, glossy/matte lamination machine, die-cutting machine, paper folding machine, hot stamping machine, UV machine, embossing machine, automatic box machine (box with lid/ book-shaped folding/unfolding box with ribbon or magnetic).

(5) Do you check my artwork for technical issues like alignments and image resolution?

Yes. We inspect all artworks to make sure they are perfect for printing. If we find a problem, we either fix it, or get in touch with you for further instruction. But we are not responsible for misspelling and wrong content.
